The ideal candidate will have:
-Registered with NMBI and hold and active PIN.
-Have excellent knowledge of HIQA residential care standards.
-2-3 years post registration experience in Care of the Elderly is essential
-Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
-Must be able to show evidence of initiative and ambition to develop new techniques and standards of care.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Evidence of leadership and team leading skills essential.
-Continuous Professional Development seen as vital.
-Advanced level of English both written and spoken essential.
