We are currently recruiting for a Sales Representative with our home retail business client based in Limerick city. This role requires a self-driven and energetic individual with a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Please note: it is a Monday -Saturday permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping customers to identify and purchase products they desire
-Maintaining and creating new customer relationships
-Handling new accounts and maintaining current account holders
-Contact customers informing them of new product availability
-Quoting and following up quotes ultimately turning them into sales
-Ordering and organising deliveries
-Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
-Accurately describe product/services features and benefits
Required Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience working in sales/ customer service environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- Good measuring and Math skills
- Desire to achieve the best result for both the customer and the company
