Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client; a world leading aviation company in Shannon, Co Clare.

 

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Receiving all deliveries and checking goods received.
  • Picks kits as required for all production department on a routine scheduled basis and highlights any stock shortages and issues to the relevant personnel.
  • Issue material against job costs daily.
  • Participates in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Effectively manages stock replenishment as required.
  • Responds in timely manner to warehouse queries and requests.
  • Maintain Daily Temp and humidity Logs.
  • Place purchase orders to ensure to meet daily/weekly and monthly requirements.
  • Always ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain monthly Calibration logs.
  • Daily Shipping Requirements.
  • Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Waste management collections and logging of documentation.
  • Act as support within the department for all other  Locations.
  • Develop and maintain good business relationships with all Suppliers.
  • Any other reasonable tasks as required.

Competencies

  • Experience in maintaining records of incoming and outgoing materials and stock control.
  • Excellent focus on attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritize and multi-task under pressure.
  • Flexibility and ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
  • Excellent computer, written skills including high proficiency in use of MS Office with emphasis on Excel.
  • Previous experience of Opera system would be an advantage.
