Multinational team based in Shannon.
Position will be offered on initial 3 month contract with significant opportunity to extend.  
Position will be on rotating day and night shift basis Monday to Friday.

We have an immediate permanent opportunity for Finance Assistant (AP/AR/GL/Credit Control) with multinational client based in Shannon.  The position requires a person with strong interpersonal and communication skills who must be able to multi-task and work to deadlines set by the Company and the Corporation.  Person must demonstrate a strong team spirit.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment and ideally will be qualified / part qualified.

Commercial Buyer Aviation

We have an immediate opportunity with multinational Aviation client for a Commercial Buyer to join their team on initial 6 month contract with opportunity to extend.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS:
- Sourcing & ordering of all non-aircraft related materials & services for the Company.

We have an immediate opportunity for Warehouse Operator with a Shannon based client. Position (currently day shift Mon-Fri with flexibility for overtime) 

Duties:

• Receiving Goods Inwards
• Ensuring paper work is correct.
• Store goods in correct locations.
• General warehouse duties
• Prioritise, pack and organise product and associated paperwork as per shipping schedule
• Invoice as per agreed schedule.
• Ensure full compliance with PPE requirements at all times
• Adhere to all quality controls and procedures when carrying out tasks.

IT Support and Testing Internship - Clare

eFlexes have an exciting new role for a JDE Support and Testing Technician on a one year fixed terms contract with a Multinational Customer of Ours based in Shannon, Co.Clare.

DUTIES AND TASKS:
Based in Shannon, the successful candidate will work alongside an experienced JDE team and key business users, to assist with a new upgrade. 

Duties involve
