          Receptionist / Office Administrator
Our Limerick based client, a well-established Auctioneer & Valuers, are looking to hire a Receptionist/Office Administrator for their office in Limerick City.
The Receptionist / Office Administrator will undertake a broad range of tasks and provide professional reception and administrative support service to all our customers and colleagues.
The successful candidate will join a company that is friendly and welcoming, and provides a competitive package to all employees.
Responsibilities include: 
- Answering and screening a high volume of incoming calls and emails, forwarding to relevant personnel, or following up on messages yourself when appropriate
 
- Office management and ordering of office requirements including stationery
 
- Sorting incoming post and courier deliveries
 
- Drafting standard letters and reports
 
- Receiving and recording payments
 
- Cash collection
 
- Updating and maintaining various registers and backup files
 
Candidates should have:
- the ability to deliver a professional Front of House service to all our clients
 
- the ideal candidate will have experience in a busy office and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
 
- proficiency in MS Office Packages
 
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to prioritise your work is essential
