We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for 6-month contract with Ennis based multinational client.

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for responding to a variety of customer enquires in a timely manner
  • Develops KPI’s for managing customer enquiries -works with supervisor and wider team to improve processes and reduce enquiries
  • Responsible for RMA enquiries and processing
  • Issues weekly RMA report and tracks progress
  • Responsible for customer back order management tasks
  • Other Daily/Weekly reports as required
  • Take responsibility for other duties as requested and as assigned from time to time
  • Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
  • Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals. Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management.
  • Focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.

 

Requirements /Essential Skills / Attributes 

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Extensive use of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Ax), CRM
  • Microsoft office; email, word excel
  • Attention to detail, process driven
  • Working back may be required at peak times and skeleton cover for public holidays
