Service Lead Logistics Administrator  - Maternity Contract

Prime Objective
Assist the team in achieving our operational goals and objectives by providing a range of supporting services and activities.

Responsibilities include:

Develop excellent working relationships with our Customers, Supply Partners and Staff thus maintaining relationships going forward
Be accountable for the day to day relationship between the customer and service providers by driving quality of service, office improvements.
Ensure we deliver on our customer execution requirements on a daily basis by tracking shipments, quote submission, daily reports.
Provide all necessary administration support to the team members to ensure they can achieve their sales targets by maintaining and updating customer scheduled visits and time planning for team members
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times to enhance our company profile.
Provide marketing administration support by making outbound sales calls on a daily basis, Updating the CRM system, Reach weekly targets
Maintaining customer records, handling all correspondence between the sales executives, their customers and business Partners
Create a customer records process for maintaining all files and records for Quotations and customer requests.
Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable process
Preparation and presentation of personal and company progress reports at weekly and monthly meetings.
Responsible for maintenance of CRM systems

Requirements:
This position requires absolute dependability, a high energy level, exceptional time management and organizational skills, and eagerness to collaborate with managers to achieve overall team goals. The person must be comfortable working in a small office and often times alone.

Job Requirements
Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with a CRM/ERP systems are a distinct advantage
Must have high aptitude for learning new software programs.
Strong written and verbal skills.
High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
The ability to work both with a team and individually.
Ability to multi task and work well the customers, partners and team members
Be honest and trustworthy

Maintaining customer records through On Line System and Capsule handling all correspondence between the sales executives, their customers and business Partners
