We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Co-Ordinator with long established multinational client based in Shannon. Position will be offered to cover Maternity Leave and will start in the coming weeks.

The role of the Customer Services Coordinator is to provide the bridge between the Company and its customers. He or she will communicate customer related issues with relevant personnel within the global IPTI brands organisation with a view to providing the customer with a prompt and timely response to their enquiry.

The position requires a person with strong interpersonal and communication skills who must be able to multi-task and work to deadlines set by the customer. He or she must demonstrate a strong team spirit.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

The primary role of the Customer Services Coordinator includes but is not limited to:

? Develop relationships with all customers including distributors and sister companies.
? Take the lead to improve the flow and quality of information to and from the Customer.
? Maintain general awareness of production & other factors affecting scheduling and delivery of orders.
? Reply to customer enquiries regarding pricing, delivery, lead-times, serial number inquiries and product availability.
? Have the aptitude to pick up basic technical information and apply this to customer queries.
? Be pro-active in customer relationship rebuilding and new customer on-boarding.
? Prepare Certs of Origin and other export documentation
? Prepare export compliance licences
? Support the internal and external marketing and sales functions with order and sales related data and information, open quotations etc.
? Have responsibility for order entry into JDE management system with an emphasis on accuracy of data transfer
? Assist in organising and co-ordinating Sales and training Seminars, and related requirements as and when required.
? Coordinate and Manage sales promotional items and exhibit for trade shows.
? Actively participate in, and assist in driving key performance improvements and measures.
? Provide cover in Shipping & Invoicing as and when required.
? Knowledge of JDE or similar ERP system operating system would be advantageous.

The role will entail daily communication with customers and distributors throughout our worldwide market territories as defined from time to time.

The successful candidate will be computer literate, conversant with the Microsoft Office Software Suit and have in depth experience in Manufacturing and Order Entry applications in an ERP system.
